Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, in the rare event that your item is damaged during delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier to file a damage report.
If you experience any issues with a defective or damaged item, please contact Ontact World Customer Service with clear proof (photos or videos). We will assist you promptly and take the necessary steps, including filing a claim or arranging a replacement if applicable.
Refunds
Refund can be claimed in case of out of stock or missing products only. Claiming refund should be requested after the 7 days of receiving the package to ontactworld01@gmail.com.
Here are the info that should be sent to be eligible to a refund :
- Name
- Order number
- List of the missing items
- Unboxing video where all items can be seen precisely.
